They expanded on their current property, bought the lot next to them, and added a large game room/guest house with a second pool. This was a large hillside remodel with a fair amount of grade change, but wow did it turn out amazing! This addition includes a large all tile negative edge pool, huge detached all tile spa that overlooks the natural desert, large rolling lawn areas where kids can play & pets can run with a really special “line of site” & walkways leading to each destination. The focal point is a fountain that anchors the back yard to great effect.
